For 37 years, MetroPlusHealth has prioritized taking a holistic approach to caring for our members, and our new branded website was created to reflect that. We will continue to provide New Yorkers with access to health and other essential services needed to live their best lives without suffering financial hardship. That’s why we created The Power of Zero campaign—to redefine what $0 health care means and ensure that every eligible New Yorker has the peace of mind that comes with reliable coverage. This initiative challenges the misconception that free health insurance is low-quality or too good to be true. By showcasing the comprehensive benefits of our $0 Essential Plan, we’re helping people see that affordable health care doesn’t mean compromising on care.

The Power of Zero campaign began with in-depth research and strategy development to uncover barriers to trust and enrollment. We brought this message to life with a bold, citywide out-of-home campaign and photography that captures $0 health care, highlighting the dynamic ways the “zero” could be found in the every day. The campaign’s visuals and direction were designed to resonate deeply with New Yorkers, reflecting their diversity and shared aspirations.

To further amplify the message, we updated our website to align with the campaign, offering an intuitive, user-friendly experience that reflects the simplicity and inclusivity of the enrollment process.
