ICICI – India’s top private bank wished to change the way their customers perceived their credit card offerings. In pursuit of better customer connection and sales, they reached out to Aarts. We assessed the performance and experiential issues in their existing web pages and redesigned for all of the credit cards, with a modern, minimal, and engaging approach. This resulted in increased customer engagement and sales.
