We engaged the full CCB community to better understand their needs and goals for the total overhaul of the site. The new design needed to better address the needs of their primary user groups: prospective and current students, while making sure they were meeting their alumni engagement goals. Ultimately, the Carson team needed an intuitive website that could be easily updated by staff.
Staff were empowered with flexible templates that simplified the process of updating the website. Built in WordPress, staff can now easily add, remove, and edit the site where needed to keep up with all the news Carson makes.
