Raven Creative supported Belmont Village Senior Living with their hiring efforts for newly constructed communities, with the objective of attracting job applicants looking for a rewarding career in care or hospitality. We set out to create a set of static and looping display ads that support Belmont’s recruitment efforts by targeting specific markets, utilizing concise copywriting and custom photography to showcase Belmont Village’s culture of caring for employees and residents. Results in Los Gatos, California in the first year: 1 million+ impressions, 2,642 clicks and 17 job applicants.
