Grinders, one of Australia’s most iconic coffee brands, were after a web refresh that sharpened the focus on the brands foray into the ‘coffee at home’ market, and also heightened the focus on the eCommerce experience design.
We kicked off with various stakeholder workshops, culminating in the adjustment of key user persona journeys with the intention of increasing conversion & general web engagement. Following the revised journeys, we built out new design prototypes that includes utilising rich media such as video. Through this period, we produced various short video assets that are used throughout the design including an immersive landing video that showcases the diverse pillars of the brand.
The website won the Medium/Large Website award at the annual Australian Web Awards.
